01 · Problem
The challenge
As DP grew, the operations and sales teams needed a purpose-built internal tool to track leads, manage caregiver pipelines, and coordinate with agencies — rather than stitching together spreadsheets and admin panels.
02 · Approach
How I tackled it
Architected a new NestJS service that shares the Prisma schema with the main caregiving platform so data stays in sync. Role-gated UI for ops, sales, and management. Leading the build end-to-end.
03 · Outcome
What shipped
In active development. Already cutting down manual ops work and shortening caregiver-to-placement cycle time.
