The challenge
Client wanted a native-feeling Albanian marketplace, not a generic WooCommerce skin: per-size stock, session-scoped carts, cash-on-delivery workflows, and a fully localized UX.
02 · Approach
How I tackled it
Built a custom WordPress theme from scratch rather than adapting a pre-made one. Session-based cart, custom checkout with COD support, localized everything, and hooked up automated deploys via GitHub Actions.
03 · Outcome
What shipped
Live marketplace serving Kosovan customers with a clean, fast checkout. Zero plugin bloat, easy for the client to maintain.
