The challenge
GjirafaMall needed reliable push notifications, scheduled campaigns, and backend services that could scale with the largest online marketplace in the Albanian-speaking region — across iOS, Android, and web simultaneously.
02 · Approach
How I tackled it
Owned the notifications backend end-to-end: push delivery pipelines, scheduling, targeting, and the internal APIs behind them. Also contributed to the broader backend across search, e-commerce APIs, and media verticals.
03 · Outcome
What shipped
Notifications shipped at scale to hundreds of thousands of users. Cleaner delivery pipelines and measurable engagement lift on scheduled campaigns.
